These can be rolled onto poppy or sesame seeds as well as dried herbs or onions
Heat oven to 450 degrees
Knead:
1 c water
1 1/2 t salt
approx 2-3 c whole wheat flour till elastic
Roll out golf ball size pieces into circles
Place about 3 circles directly onto oven rack, close door and bake approx 5 minutes
Remove with a mitted hand as the steam inside is very hot
