These can be rolled onto poppy or sesame seeds as well as dried herbs or onions |
Heat oven to 450 degrees |
Knead: | |
1 c water | |
1 1/2 t salt | |
approx 2-3 c whole wheat flour till elastic | |
Roll out golf ball size pieces into circles | |
Place about 3 circles directly onto oven rack, close door and bake approx 5 minutes | |
Remove with a mitted hand as the steam inside is very hot | |
