Preheat oven 375 | ||
Prepare a 7x11" baking pan | |||
In blender grind: | |||
1 T flax seed | |||
Add: | |||
3 T water and let sit 10 minutes | |||
Add to blender with flax and blend: | |||
1 ripe banana | |||
3 tbsp applesauce | |||
1 T lemon juice | |||
Mix together: | |||
2 c almond flour | |||
1/2 t baking soda | |||
1/2 t salt | |||
Mix all of the above wet and dry ingredients and spoon into baking pan | |||
Bake 20 minutes |
