Preheat oven to 350º: | |
In baking dish: | ||
Place 6 - 8+ c fresh fruit OR 6 c canned fruit Into a 11”x 7” baking dish |
||
In a Bowl, Mash together: | ||
3 bananas | ||
1/3 c nut butter (almond works well) or 1/4 c butter | ||
1/2 t salt | ||
1 t cinnamon | ||
Add in: | ||
2 c rolled oats | ||
1/2 c coconut or other chopped nut | ||
Mix well and spread over fruit | ||
Bake for 45 Minutes |
