Preheat griddle | ||
Blend tll ground: | |||
½ c whole, raw millet | |||
1/4 c ses. seeds | |||
Next add: | |||
1 ½ c water | |||
1 egg | |||
1 c oats | |||
½ t salt | |||
1 banana | |||
Blend till smooth and pour onto a med/hot griddle, shaking pan to distribute evenly into a thin crepe/pancake for approx 1 1/2 minutes on each side | |||
May need to add more water before each new crepe as batter thickens while standing. | |||
Makes approx six 6” diameter crepes. | |||
