MILLET CREPES

May be filled with any fresh, cooked or frozen fruit OR try curry or creamed veggies OR wrap around a banana sprinkled with unsweetened carob or chocolate chips
Preheat griddle
Blend tll ground:
½ c whole, raw millet
1/4 c ses. seeds
Next add:
1 ½ c water
1 egg
1 c oats
½ t salt
1 banana
Blend till smooth and pour onto a med/hot griddle, shaking pan to distribute evenly into a thin crepe/pancake for approx 1 1/2 minutes on each side
May need to add more water before each new crepe as batter thickens while standing.
Makes approx six 6” diameter crepes.
