P-NUT BUTTER CAROB MUFFINS

Preheat oven to 350º
Prepare muffin tin for 12
Blend:
4 ripe bananas
½ t salt
1 c water
3/4 c p-nut butter, or other nut butter
1 T Lemon Juice
Stir together:
2 c whole grain flour
1 c carob or cocoa powder
1/4 t baking soda
1 T baking powder
1 T vanilla
1/2 c unsweetened carob or chocolate chips
Mix wet and dry ingredients well and spoon into muffin tins
Bake 20-25 minutes
