XYLITOL FRUIT SCONES

Mix:
2 1/2 c flour, whole grain
8 T butter, veg spread or coconut oil
Blend:
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg
1/3 c zylitol
1 t Baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
Mix together both of the above then spoon in and stir:
½ c blueberries or chopped apples, optional
1 t grated lemon or orange rind, optional
Roll into a rectangle, cut into triangles, place on baking sheet
Bake 15-18 minutes at 375 degrees
