Carob Avocado Pudding

Blend: | ||
2 ripe avocados | |||
2 1/2 T carob powder | |||
1/2 t salt | |||
1 T vanilla (optional) | |||
1 packet stevia, or loose to taste | |||
Blend the above, adding up to 1/2 coconut or other unsweetened milk till you get a nice creamy consistency. | |||
Refrigerate till chilled. Do not keep more than a day. | |||
