Carob Fudge

In a food processor pulse: | |
12-14 med-large dates, fresh | ||
1/3 c carob powder | ||
Add a small amt of water if dates are dry | ||
When thoroughly blended add: | ||
1 c peanut or other natural nut butter | ||
1 t vanilla | ||
Blend till thick: | ||
Mix in 3/4 c walnuts or coconut, optional | ||
Either spread in pan or roll in balls
