Gluten Free Pesto Pizza

Before making pizza bake:
1 large whole bulb garlic
You may either roast in oven in skin OR put peeled garlic cloves into a glass container with olive oil and bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Blend:
1/4 c roasted garlic bulbs
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c fresh basil leaves
½ t salt
This will be your pizza sauce
Next prepare pizza crust from the Namaste brand pizza mix. Follow directions and before putting into oven for 2nd time add:
Pesto sauce, spreading evenly over crust
Veggies of your choice: artichokes, broccoli (lightly cooked), onions
May also add tofu, fried turkey or chicken
Bake according to Namaste instructions

NO-TOMATO PIZZA
Follow above recipe but use no_tomato sauce in place of pesto.
Top with veggies

Drizzle with cashew cream, optional
