SALMON LOAF

Preheat oven 350 | |||
|
In a bowl mix well: | ||
2 cans salmon, drained | |||
1/2 large onion, diced and sauteed | |||
2 T fresh chopped dill or 1-2 t dried | |||
1/4 c chestnut flour or rolled oats | |||
1 T parsley or 1/3 c fresh chopped | |||
2 eggs, blended | |||
½ t salt | |||
Place into a loaf pan and bake 40 minutes: | |||
