SAVORY MILLET BAKE

Preheat oven 350° | ||
Blend: | |||
3 no-chicken, chicken or vegetable stock | |||
½ c raw almonds or cashews | |||
1 t salt plus 1 t herbs of your choice OR 2 t vegetable salt | |||
black pepper to taste | |||
Stir into the above: | |||
6-8 oz of chopped green or black olives, drained and chopped | |||
2 stalks celery, chopped | |||
1 c millet, quinoa or other quick cooking grain | |||
½ onion, chopped | |||
Place in baking bowl and bake 350 for 35-45 minutes |
