Simple Oat Burgers

Preheat oven 350° | ||
Blend: | |||
2 1/2 c water | |||
1 1/2 t salt or 1/3 c shoyu or Braggs Amino | |||
1 clove garlic | |||
1 med. onion | |||
1 c nuts, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, almonds (all raw) | |||
1 t seasonings of your choice ( poultry, Italian, spicy, etc) | |||
Pour into a large saucepan | |||
Rinse blender with1/2 c of water and add to saucepan | |||
Bring to a boil | |||
Add: | |||
2 1/2 c raw oats | |||
Cover, turn off heat, allow to sit 30 minutes | |||
Use ice cream scoop to make patties onto cookie sheet | |||
Bake 30-40 minutes |
