Grill or bake (450) large eggplant till soft | |||
For every 2 c mashed grilled eggplant add: | ||||
1/3 - 1/2 c tahini, raw sesame butter (some will also add mayo) | ||||
4 T lemon juice | ||||
1 t salt | ||||
2 cloves garlic or 1/2 t powder | ||||
Blend or mash all together | ||||
Adjust seasonings | ||||
