CASHEW OLIVE SPREAD

|
In food processor blend till creamy: | ||
1/2 c cashews, raw | |||
1/2 # tofu (silken or firm) | |||
8 T juice from bottle of green olives | |||
2 - 2 1/2 T ume plum vinegar or lemon juice or vinegar | |||
Stir in: | |||
1/2 c chopped green olives (I use the canned Santa Barbara Olive Co) | |||
1 t dill weed (optional) | |||
May also add chopped celery. | |||
