In blender blend:
1 t fresh tarragon, rosemary or mint
2 t vegetable salt (I like the original Herbamare - no solanines)
1 1/2 c water
1/2 c raw cashews
1 T oil of your choice
Blend till creamy then add:
1 c water
1 # frozen peas, thawed
Blend till smooth and a nice green color.
May top with 2 scallions, cut fine.
