Preheat oven to 400 degrees: | ||
Peel and slice: | |||
3 large parsnips | |||
In a bowl mix: | |||
1/2 t salt | |||
2-3 T oil | |||
1/4 t ginger powder | |||
1/4 t garlic powder | |||
black pepper | |||
Coat the parsnip chips with the above and spread on baking sheet. | |||
Bake approximately 30 minutes | |||
