Mix together:
1 egg
1 can corn (you may blend some of this if you want)
1 c corn meal
Set side for 5 minutes (refridgerate if you wait longer)
1/2 t salt
2 - 3 T oil
1/4 c flour of choice
1 T baking powder
1 packet stevia if desired for sweetness or can add herbs such as parsley or cumin
Grill on a prepared med hot skillet, cooking about 5 minutes per side.
