Preheat oven to 350º:
In baking dish:
Place 6 - 8+ c fresh fruit
OR 6 c canned fruit 
Into a 11”x 7” baking dish
In a Bowl, Mash together:
3 bananas
1/3 c nut butter (almond works well) or 1/4 c butter
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
Add in:
2 c rolled oats
1/2 c coconut or other chopped nut
Mix well and spread over fruit
Bake for 45 Minutes
