Serve with unsweetened applesauce or blended banana and some other fruit like peaches or blueberries.
Preheat waffle iron hot
¼ c sesame seeds (opt)
1 c nuts, pecan, walnuts, cashews, etc
3 1/2 c water
3 c rolled oats or other grain
1 t salt
1 t vanilla
Pour onto hot waffle iron and bake 15 min
Add more water to batter as it thickens while sitting.
