Try some cinnamon or nutmeg and different berries or cherries.
Preheat oven 375
Prepare 12 muffin tins
In blender :
1 c water
4-5 ripe bananas
1/3 c almond butter OR 1/4 c coconut oil
Stir together:
1 T baking powder
1/2 t salt
3 c whole grain flour, barley is preferred
1 1/2 c fresh or frozen blueberries
1/4 c nuts, chopped (opt)
Mix liquid and dry ingredients, stir and spoon into muffin tins
Bake 30 minutes
