SORGHUM BANANA CAKE

Preheat oven 350
In blender :
4 oz water
2 bananas, ripe
2 T oil
1/2 t salt
1/2 - 1 t cinnamon
Blend till smooth.
In a bowl put:
1 c sorghum flour
1 t baking powder 
1 t baking soda
Add wet mixture to dry and stir quickly.
Put half the mixture into a 7 x 11 inch baking dish.
Pour on 1 - 1 1/2 c fruit of your choice.
Spread on the other half of mix.
Bake for 40 minutes
