Cut into bars
In a blender:
If you want to use walnut flour rather than almond or coconut flour, finely grind 3/4 c raw walnuts and place in bowl.
Next, in blender grind: 
1 T flax
Add to the blender:
1/4 c unsweetened coconut milk (or other unsweetened milk)
1/4 c water
2 bananas
1/8 t salt
1/4 c oil
1 t lemon juice
Blend and let sit for 10-15 minutes
In a bowl:
1/2 c sorghum, chestnut, or teff flour
walnut flour from above OR 1/2 c almond flour or coconut flour
1/3 c carob flour
1/2 t baking soda
2 small packets stevia
Mix well. Quickly add liquid to dry ingredients and spoon into a prepared medium baking pan.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
