Preheat oven 350
Blend together:
1 egg
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup oil, butter or veg spread
1 med. apple, pureed
1 tsp. vanilla
Stir together:
2 1/2 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup whole grain flour
3/4 t salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 packs stevia (optional)
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
3/4 cup pecan pieces (optional)
Mix the above, roll into balls and flatten onto cookie sheet
Bake for 15 minutes
