Add 1/4 of an avocado for a creamier texture.
In blender:
1 c unsweetened milk (soy, coconut, almond, dairy)
1 packet stevia
1/2 c frozen fruit
1 t flax seed, optional
1 c crushed ice
May add a stevia or unsweetened based protein powder for more nutrition. There are some vegan powders made of rice and pea protein that are good.
Blend well and enjoy
