INDIAN STYLE NO-TOMATO BHAJI

In wok or skillet saute:
1 med onion, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed or chopped
1-2 T fresh minced ginger
1-2 T oil
Cook till soft then add:
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot , chopped
1/2 small cabbage, chopped
1 bag, 8 oz frozen green beans
1 sweet potato, chopped (white sweet potato works well) -can add cooked sweet potato
When almost soft add:
1/2-1 t salt to taste
1 t garam masala
3/4 t coriander
1/2 t cumin
1/4 t turmeric
black pepper to taste
Add 1-2 c No_tomato sauce and simmer a few minutes to blend seasoning
Can top with fresh cilantro
