Preheat oven 350
In a bowl mix well:
2 cans salmon, drained
1/2 large onion, diced and sauteed
2 T fresh chopped dill or 1-2 t dried
1/4 c chestnut flour or rolled oats
1 T parsley or 1/3 c fresh chopped
2 eggs, blended
½ t salt
Place into a loaf pan and bake 40 minutes:
