Great on celery, rice cakes, crackers or unleavened pitas
Grill or bake (450) large eggplant till soft
For every 2 c mashed grilled eggplant add:
1/3 - 1/2 c tahini, raw sesame butter (some will also add mayo)
4 T lemon juice
1 t salt
2 cloves garlic or 1/2 t powder
Blend or mash all together
Adjust seasonings
