May add a small pices of red pepper, carrot or pimento for color.
Serve over noodles, potatoes, cooked veggies or as a cheese for grilled ‘cheez’ sandwiches.
Blend till creamy:
1 c raw cashews
1 1/2 c water
1-2 T lemon juice
1/2 t onion powder
1/2 t mustard powder
1/4 t garlic powder
2/3 t salt
Pour into saucepan and bring to boil, stirring often till thick. .approx 5 minutes
Turn off heat and allow to cool.
