Great as a side vegetable or as a creamy filling alone or in a pie shell
Preheat oven 400
Bake till soft, approx 1 hour:
1 winter squash, butternut, buttercup, etc
2 sweet potatoes
For every 1 cup of the above blend in:
1 - 2 T almond butter or tahini or butter
1/2 - 1 t cinnamon
1/4 t salt
